What we collect

Account email and authentication metadata, the wallet addresses you choose to track, and minimal usage telemetry (page views, errors). We never collect private keys or seed phrases.

How we use it

To run the service, send transactional email (auth, receipts), and improve product quality. We do not sell personal data.

Subprocessors

Our backend runs on Lovable Cloud (Supabase). Payments are processed by Stripe. Blockchain data is fetched from public RPC providers (Moralis, Helius, 0x). Each is contractually bound to GDPR-grade processing.

Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication only. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Your rights

You can export or delete your account data anytime by emailing privacy@trustor.app. We honor GDPR/CCPA requests within 30 days.

Retention

Account data is retained while the account is active. Deletion removes all PII within 30 days; aggregated, anonymized analytics may persist.
